Why these exist
Not maliciously. It just gets repeated until it sounds true. These are four of the things we found when we went looking for sources.
One of the most repeated tips online. There's no evidence behind it, and enzymes break down during digestion anyway.
The regulatory definition specifically excludes hair, horns, teeth and hooves. It means organ meat, which is nutritionally dense.
