Terms of service

These terms cover your purchase and use of the guides sold by Untailled. By buying or downloading a guide you agree to them.

What you are buying

Every Untailled guide is a digital book delivered as a PDF. You are buying a personal licence to read, keep and print it. You are not buying the copyright, which stays with Untailled.

What you may do

• Read the files on any device you own, for as long as you like.
• Print any page, including the printables, as often as you need, for your own household.
• Keep your copy permanently.

What you may not do

• Share, resell, republish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
• Upload them to a file sharing service, a course platform or a public website.
• Use the contents commercially, including in training material you charge for, without written permission.

Updates

Corrections and revisions to a guide you already own are free, for as long as that guide exists. Buyers of The Untailled Library also receive every future guide we publish at no extra cost, for as long as the Library exists.

One payment, no subscription

Every purchase is a single payment. There is no recurring charge, no membership and nothing to cancel.

Our 30 day promise

If a guide does not help, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. The promise applies once per customer for each product, and once a refund is issued your licence to the files ends. Delivery problems are a separate matter and we always fix those at no cost. The full wording is in our refund policy, and nothing there removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

The guides are educational

Untailled guides are reviewed by a veterinary professional and are written to be accurate, but they are educational material rather than veterinary advice. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. If your dog is unwell, or their behaviour changes suddenly, speak to your vet.

Availability and changes

We may change prices, revise a guide, or stop selling one. Any change applies to future purchases and never removes something you have already bought.
