Delivery policy

Everything Untailled sells is digital, so nothing is posted and there is no shipping cost, no shipping address and no delivery window.

How delivery works

Your files are emailed to you the moment your order completes, to the address you used at checkout. The email carries a download link for every file in your order.

Delivery is instant. In practice the email usually arrives within a minute or two.

What you receive

PDF files, readable on a phone, a tablet, a laptop, or printed. There is no app to install, no account to create and no login to remember.

If it has not arrived

1. Check the spam or promotions folder of the inbox you used at checkout, because automated delivery mail often lands there.
2. Check that the email address on your order is spelled correctly.
3. Email hello@untailled.com and we will resend it. Include your order number if you have it, though your email address alone is enough for us to find the order.

We answer these quickly. A delivery problem is never treated as a refund question: if you have paid and not received your files, we will get them to you at no cost. The same goes for a link that has expired or a file that will not open.

International orders

Because nothing is shipped, there are no customs charges, import duties or delivery restrictions anywhere in the world.
