There is a person at this end. If something is wrong with an order, or you have a question a guide did not answer, write to us and you will get a real reply.
The quickest routes
- Your download did not arrive. Check the spam or promotions folder of the inbox you used at checkout first, because automated delivery mail often lands there. If it is not there, use the form below or email us and we will resend it at no cost. Details are in the delivery policy.
- A link will not open, or a file looks wrong. Tell us which guide and we will get you a working copy.
- You have a question before buying. Ask it. Every order is covered by our 30 day promise, but we would still rather answer first so you choose the right guide. Most questions are already answered on the questions page.
- A guide did not help. Email us within 30 days of buying and we will refund you in full. Details are in the refund policy.
You can always write directly to hello@untailled.com. Including your order number helps, though your email address alone is enough for us to find the order.
When you will hear back
We answer within one working day, and usually sooner. Delivery problems are treated as urgent.
What we cannot do
We cannot give veterinary advice. The guides are educational and reviewed by a veterinary professional, but they do not diagnose or treat anything. If your dog is unwell, or their behaviour has changed suddenly, please speak to your vet rather than waiting for us.
