Refund policy
Untailled sells digital books, delivered by email the moment your order completes. We want every guide to be genuinely useful, so every purchase comes with our 30 day promise.
Our 30 day promise
If a guide does not help, email hello@untailled.com within 30 days of your purchase, from the address you used at checkout, and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain in detail, although we would be grateful to know what did not work so we can improve the guide.
The promise covers every guide, The Two Core Guides, The Untailled Library and The Untailled Card Deck. It applies once per customer for each product. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. Once a refund is issued, your licence to the files ends, and we ask that you delete your copies.
What we will always put right
Separately from the promise, if any of the following happens, write to us and we will fix it at no cost to you:
- Your download did not arrive.
- A link has expired or will not open.
- A file is incomplete or will not display.
- You were charged twice for the same order. A duplicate charge is a mistake rather than a refund request, and we return it.
Email hello@untailled.com from the address you used at checkout and we will sort it out.
Before you buy
Every product page lists the length, the chapters, what is included and the format, and the questions page answers what people usually ask. If anything is still unclear, write to us before you buy and we will answer honestly, even when the answer is that a guide is not right for you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. Where those rights apply, they sit alongside this promise rather than being replaced by it.
